The First Step
The first step is to get together, obligation free, to discuss the specifics of your wedding and give you an opportunity to see if I'm "right" for you! You will also have the opportunity to view some of the ceremonies I have performed.
The process followed in creating your ceremony is listed below - your ceremony becomes personalised and very much your own, as all of the choices are yours!
Your ceremony is made up of the following:
- I must identify myself as being the Authorised Celebrant
- Welcome/Introduction
- Monitum/Section 46 - as per the Marriage Act 1961
- Giving Away
- The Asking
- Your Vows
- Exchange of Rings
- Declaration of Marriage
- Reading or Poem (this can appear anywhere in the ceremony)
- Prayer or Blessing (this can appear anywhere in the ceremony)
- Signing of Marriage Certificates
- Presentation of your Marriage Certificate
The sections in red are must haves, everything else is an option.
A folder containing a vast number of choices for all of the sections listed will be provided to you - with the exception of the Introduction. Once you've made your choices I'll include the Introduction, with your input, completing your ceremony. Your ceremony is then ready as a draft for you to consider/approve. It's that easy, and it's all yours!

A complete package of services is provided, covering:
- All administration costs pertaining to your wedding ceremony - you have peace of mind knowing all legal requirements will adhere to the Marriage Act, 1961.
- A public address system ensuring your guests will hear your ceremony, plus an additional microphone for the convenience of your readers.
- The public address system will also play CDs – the choice of music is yours!
- A table and stool with matching covers, white or cream.
- Your Marriage Certificate beautifully presented.
- Your Order of Service in booklet form which also includes your Guest List - a beautiful memento.
- A professional presentation of your ceremony on the day.
- Your marriage will be submitted online, to be registered.
- I'm easily contactable by phone, fax or email at every step of the way!
My fee is $400. - $150. for the legalities and $250. for your Ceremony.
A deposit of $150 is required on completion of the NOIM and secures your booking, this is non refundable, the balance of $250. is payable two weeks prior to your wedding – and you won’t be disappointed!
